Lost Login Details
Each MyPortrait gallery is protected by unique login details or an access code supplied through the school. This helps ensure that pupils’ photographs are only viewed by authorized families and school representatives.
If you have lost your login details, please contact us using the support form and provide:
- School name
- Student’s full name
- Class, year group or student ID
- Parent or guardian’s full name
- Email address and contact number
- Approximate photography date, if known
For the protection of every student, we may verify your information with the school before issuing replacement login details. We will only provide access to a verified parent, legal guardian, adult student or authorized school representative.
Please do not share gallery links, QR codes, passwords or access codes publicly or on social media.
Replacement access is subject to the gallery and photographs remaining available under our retention schedule. If a gallery has expired, restoration may not always be possible.
